We understand it's frustrating when a package doesn't arrive as expected. If no one was home at the delivery time, the carrier would leave the package in a safe location, such as near the door, in a mailbox, or with a neighbor. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you. On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take up to 24-48 hours additional time to arrive.
