At Artika, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you need to see the product to know if it's right for you and your space.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Returns that are not deemed at the fault of Artika (due to damage in transit or product defective), can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of the return shipping.
- Initiate the return request within 30 days of receipt.
- The unused item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned item.
- Any item that has been installed or used in any way cannot be returned.
- Our return policy is only available for purchases made on www.artika.com or www.artika.ca

Reach out to our customer support team at [email or phone #] to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a UPS location.

Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return: These items will be clearly marked on the product page. Items on Clearance, sinks and parts, including glass cylinders, are final sale.
Damaged Items
Upon receiving your product, please inspect it for any damage. If you find any damage upon delivery, promptly take photos and email them, along with your order information.

International Orders
We are unable to accept returns for international orders. All international orders are final sale.
Cancellations
We are here to assist you with canceling your order before it ships. Please call Artika Customer Care at 1-866-661-9606 request the cancellation. If your order has not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation and refund immediately. Orders that have been shipped are subject to the standard return policy.
