What is the warranty of your products?Updated a day ago

Artika Warranty Policy

At Artika, we stand by the quality and reliability of our products. That’s why all Artika products come with a 5-year limited warranty, as clearly stated on our packaging.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty includes:

  • A full 5-year coverage from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
  • Spare parts, where applicable, are available at no additional cost during the warranty period.
  • Support for issues related to installation or performance of the product, if covered under warranty.

Labor and transportation or any other costs related to installation are not covered in our warranty.

⚠️ Note: Some products do not have spare parts available. This is clearly indicated in the instruction manual included with those items.

Spare Parts Availability

We design our products so that spare parts can be replaced using common household tools — no need for specialized equipment or complex procedures.

  • When spare parts are available, they can be ordered here or by contacting our support team.

Repairs and Feasibility

We do not offer repair services for our products. Due to the nature of modern electronics and the wide variety of models, maintaining repair infrastructure for every component is not feasible. Instead, we focus on:

  • Providing easy-to-install spare parts.

  • Offering straightforward replacements within the warranty period when defects are confirmed.

How the Warranty Works

  1. Register your product on our Product Registration Page after purchase. This helps streamline any future warranty claims and ensures faster service.

  2. Keep your proof of purchase — this is required to validate any warranty claim.

  3. If you experience an issue, contact our customer service team via [email protected] or our live chat with a description of the problem.

  4. We will assess your claim and, if approved, ship any applicable replacement parts or a new product at no charge.
