Lost in Transit:
If your order appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team with your order number and any relevant details. We'll investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged in Transit:
We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged. Since all items leave our warehouse in perfect condition, we kindly ask you to help us document the issue. Please provide photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement or refund for you.
